2. Foreign students studying in Korea who seek tuition assistance or have demonstrated academic excellence
3. Students specifically identified by the board of directors as deserving of the scholarship

Scholarship funds are disbursed in the first half and second half of each year.

The foundation selects recipients based on recommendations by university presidents, professors and renowned figures.
Recommendation by foreign Embassies in Korea
The foundation selects recipients based on the recommendation of students from Embassies in Korea.

Students specifically identified by the board of directors as deserving of the scholarship.
